Conditions of sale: Our company sells online or in salons only. You can place your order online and deliver to any address by choosing the “ARRANGEMENT BY TELEPHONE” mode for customers who prefer to pick up the equipment in person at our warehouse, or to negotiate a delivery price for furniture and furniture orders. Orders for furnishings and furniture can be calculated with their delivery price online also on this website. We always need at least 24 hours to have your order prepared. In case of emergency, such as for sink parts, please contact us by telephone. Any hair accessory requires 24 hours to prepare for shipping. We make exceptions for hairdressing chairs, barber chairs, and hairdressing sinks.

Return policy: Remote shopping

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date to arrange an exchange of unused items. The receipt for the item and its original packaging are required for any exchange. Please retain this receipt as proof of purchase to enforce product warranties.
– Any exchange or return can be made in person, within 10 days following the date of purchase, in store at Dehaut Design
– Make sure you have your receipt in hand and please bring back the original packaging.
– Dehaut Design will not pay the transport costs of any returned item, unless an agreement has been previously confirmed with us.
– If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, please note that shipping costs remain applicable.
– Note that any modified or transformed item cannot be exchanged.
-Also check availability with an agent by Email, Facebook, Whatsapp or Telephone before confirming an online order because we cannot synchronize inventories with multiple Internet sales platforms, representatives on the road, distributors etc etc. Priority always goes to those who order first, the first come, first served policy applies, even if it is a distributor and the margin is different.

Return policy :
– No refunds. Exchange ten days after sale.
– The sales receipt and original packaging are required for any exchange.
– Sorry, we do not take back the following items: any used item that does not contain a manufacturing defect that has been used.
– At all times, Dehaut Design reserves the right to refuse any exchange. Government-issued photo identification may be required.

Defective or damaged products

If a purchased product turns out to be defective within 10 days of receipt of your order, please contact us to validate the procedure to follow. Although most products have a warranty after purchase, some are for a longer period.
– If you notice that a product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Any defective or damaged product returned must be accompanied by a printed example of the problem as well as the original box in good condition.
– Return costs incurred by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
– The customer is responsible for the package until receipt by Dehaut Design
– No merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Some manufacturers require that defective goods be handled directly with them. In such a case, Dehaut Design will provide you with instructions.

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, there may be delays in the originally scheduled delivery date, although unintentional on our part, but we must comply with customs clearance policies.
